For registrants who are unable to attend the conference due to changes in their travel plans, and in line with international academic conference practice, while also taking into account costs already incurred for venue reservation and other arrangements, the following cancellation and refund policy is hereby established:

1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ISP-secretariat@cup.edu.cn.

2. For cancellations requested on or before August 10, 2026, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the registration fee will be charged (the exact amount depends on the currency and fee amount selected at the time of payment), and the remaining balance will be refunded.

3. For cancellations requested after August 10, 2026 (including cases of non-attendance at the conference), no refund will be issued.
